• No using the service or its outputs to train, fine-tune, distill or evaluate machine-learning models, or to build a competing product.
• No reverse engineering or attempts to extract prompts or models.
• No circumventing question, project, trial or rate limits.
• No reselling or sharing accounts.
• Use is monitored; violations can lead to immediate suspension, audit and termination.
• No publishing benchmarks without written consent.
